Ergonomic/Worksite Assessments
The aim of our ergonomic and worksite assessments is to minimise the risk of injuries, leave staff more comfortable and assist management with meeting their duty of care obligations.
We provide individual and group assessment services:
- for staff who are experiencing aches and pains;
- to complement early intervention programs;
- for new staff;
- staff who have moved or changed job roles; and
- following workplace refits.
Franklyn OHS consultants take into account work duties, posture, and any aches or discomfort the worker may experience. We provide straight forward risk based guidance on how to modify work practices or equipment to minimise the injury risk and to meet management duty of care obligations. Staff will be left with an understanding of personal ergonomic issues, and the skill to apply the principles.
All assessments include a succinct written report with clear and practical recommendations. We always aim to utilise existing equipment, and in circumstances in which alternative equipment would be beneficial, we endeavour to make your purchasing easy by providing you with potential supplier options.
